Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Services

By booking an appointment or enrolling in an Everblüm Membership, you agree to be bound by these terms. blüm detailing reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle that is in a condition (e.g., mold, biohazard, extreme neglect) not previously disclosed during the booking process.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require a credit card on file to secure all bookings. Because our master detailers' time is reserved specifically for you, we enforce the following fees:

  • 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50.00 fee.

  • Same-Day Notice: Cancellations or "no-shows" made on the day of service will incur a $100.00 fee.

  • Weather Exception: If blüm detailing initiates a reschedule due to rain, snow, or extreme weather, no fees will apply.

3. Everblüm Memberships & Billing

By joining a membership tier (Monthly, Bi-mönthly, or Quartërly), you authorize blüm detailing to securely store your payment information.

  • Automatic Billing: Your card will be charged automatically on the anniversary of your signup.

  • Fee Authorization: You explicitly authorize blüm detailing to charge the cancellation fees listed in Section 2 to the card on file if an appointment is missed.

4. Service Environment & Safety

The client must ensure the vehicle is parked in a location with at least 3 feet of clearance on all sides. We reserve the right to reschedule if the workspace is deemed unsafe (e.g., busy main roads or low-clearance underground garages).

5. Personal Items & Child Seats

Please remove all personal items and valuables prior to service. blüm detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside.

  • Child Seats: For liability reasons, our team will not remove or re-install child safety seats. Please remove them if you require cleaning in those areas.

6. Limitation of Liability

blüm detailing provides high-end restorative care but shall not be held liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage (cracks, chips, fading, or mechanical issues).

  • Damage resulting from improper previous repairs or faulty aftermarket parts.

  • Wear and tear discovered during the deep cleaning process.

7. Refund Policy & Quality Guarantee

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for services performed. If you are unsatisfied with the quality, you must notify us within 24 hours for a complimentary "make-it-right" inspection. Refunds are only considered in the extreme event of proven property damage caused directly by our negligence.

8. User-Generated Content

We reserve the right to take photos and videos of your vehicle for promotional use. If you wish for your vehicle or license plate to remain private, please notify us prior to your appointment.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.
